Get to the Point

Get to the Point! is a 3-day intensive development program to help non-native speakers of English increase the effectiveness of their communication in business English.  It is designed to build their skills and their confidence in business situations involving direct one-on-one communication, leading group discussions (including phone and video-conferences), and making proposals, requests, and reports.

This program is for intermediate to advanced non-native speakers who want to strengthen their communication in a variety of key situations with senior management, colleagues, customers, suppliers, and other business partners.

Get to the Point! provides the depth, intensity, and direct on-the-job application that English language classes often lack.

Handling Cultural Differences in International Business

Handling Cultural Differences in Business is designed to
enable participants to be fully effective in the international aspects of their work – to develop relationships based on
trust, to observe ‘global etiquette’, and to communicate effectively with people of different backgrounds.

This program helps participants understand how and where cultural differences can affect communication, relationships, decision-making, management style, ethics, and teamwork.

Handling Cultural Difference in Business helps participants approach cultural differences in business not merely as minefields of misunderstanding or conflict, but rather as potential sources of strength and new perspectives on doing business.
